Speaker Instructions

Please bring your presentation, on a USB stick, to the Speakers’ Preview room at the venue.

A technician will help you upload the presentation. Please make sure to upload your presentation at least two hours before your session starts. Preferred format of presentations is 16:9 in Microsoft PowerPoint. Personal laptops cannot be used for presentations.

Make sure include conflicts of interest as your second slide in your presentation.
